"After having the procedure, I have learned that there was nothing to be too nervous about. My experience at Advanced Eye Care & Surgery and at Dr. Dell's was very good. In regards to my vision, I was 20/400 before and now, one week after the LASIK surgery, I am 20/15! It is indescribable how wonderful it is to be able to 'see' all the time- when waking, swimming, etc. I have been thoroughly pleased with my treatment at Dr. Zamora's. This office has enhanced my experience. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who is a good candidate. The surgery is very quick and recovery is remarkable. Do sleep after surgery as they suggest- when you wake up, you are a new person!"

"The most memorable part of my LASIK experience was opening my eyes and seeing the time on the clock on the VCR across the room. I was a little nervous but the procedure was over before I knew it. The hard part was keeping my eyes closed (after the procedure), being patient, and not 'cheating' by opening my eyes too soon. But it was worth it; the next morning I was seeing 20/20 (and I could not see two feet in front of me without glasses before LASIK). I have worn glasses for over 30 years. Having LASIK was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Not worrying about contacts or glasses is amazing! Now I can buy cute little sunglasses! "Getting LASIK done was the best thing I have spent my money on. It is life changing. My eyesight was horrible. I was unable to see anything but blurs without my contacts or glasses. I couldn't even see the alarm clock in the morning. I am now able to roll over and see the time. I am also very active and having LASIK has been a blessing. "The LASIK surgery has freed me from the handicap of glasses. Since I'm handicapped and have to depend on others to clean, position and adjust glasses, I had a difficult time seeing properly. After the procedure, I no longer have that problem. Being able to see perfect has given me more confidence. The staff at both places made me feel comfortable and are very accommodating. The surgery only takes about 10 minutes per eye. For the first couple of days I couldn't believe I wasn't wearing glasses or contacts. It took me a few minutes for me to realize I was not wearing glasses. It's nice not to have to look around the frame of glasses."
